We also manufacture Fortified rosin size of solids content varying between 50% and 75%) as per customer’s specific requirements. (Product Name –NTPD POLYSIZE 300) It is an anionic dispersion of high grade modified rosin with a considerable share of free rosin. It is used for efficient sizing of paper/paperboard in neutral pH range (6.0 to 7.0) of pulp stock. Used for Craft & Duplex paper. (Product Name -AKD SIZE NTPD 200) It is Alkyl Ketene Dimer (AKD) based size used for efficient sizing of paper/paperboard in alkaline pH range 7 to 8.5 of pulp stock. Used for printing & speciality paper. NTP ASA 100 is a modified alkenyl succinic anhydride that is used as an internal size in the manufacture of paper and board. It must be emulsified prior to use on the stock system. NTPASA 100, after well emulsified by starch solution, will be able to develop sizing rapidly. In many cases, the sizing of paper is almost fully developed immediately. NTP ASA 100 does not affect the brightness of the paper Generally Used for white grade paper pulp stock wide range, better strength properties, reduce fluff , does not make paper slippery . It is poly amine based wet strength agent used in tissue and other paper grades. It is a cationic reaction product of polyamide and epichlorohydrin. These can be used to impart wet strength in the production of a wide range of papers based upon either all celluloses or all synthetic furnishes, or blends of both fiber types, when used under neutral to alkaline pH conditions. As an additional benefit higher dry strength often results from the use of these resins particularly where high or all synthetic fiber furnishes are involved. DRY STRENGTH RESIN AND STIFFNESS ENHANCER
It is cross linked polymer designed specially for improvement of dry strength of paper. As cationic or amphoteric in nature bridges between fibers enhances the bonding and thus improvement in dry strength. Better results are observed in waste paper base furnish It is an environmentally friendly slimicide used to decease slime formation which is formed due to organic material used in paper making. Thus increases the run ability and efficiency of machine. 1)Twin polymers system-Here PAM and ATC is used in combination to increase FPR and drainage on wire. 2)Triple polymers system-Here PAM,ATC and Anionic Bentonite or silica sol is used to increase FPR, drainage, FPAR and reduce stickies in the system. Enhances efficiency of water removal. Reduces the energy requirement when used for refining chemical fiber. Improves ink removal while enhancing brightness in waste paper recycling process. Increase the efficiency of bleaching process due to long availability of peroxide in the system. Prevents over-rapid consumption of peroxide. Reduces the peroxide bleaching process. NTP DYE FIX is an excellent fixation of direct dye on sized and unsized E.g.tissue paper, is obtained, with improved yields so that the back water is almost colourless .The dyeings show better wet and alcohol fastness ,and sized paper require less alum. It improve liquor penetration in the chips during cooking. Improve strength properties by loosing of resinous material in wood chips. It works as wetting agent as well as modify viscosity of cooking liquor. Specially formulated as a de aerator for stock furnish application. This is an acrylic copolymers based sizing very effectives in sizing of paper and paper board. The paper does not necessarily have to be sized at the wet end before this size is applied. Polymerized UF resin can be used to improve the wet strength properties and dimensional stability of paper produced from bleached as well as kraft pulp. Lubricants, one of the paper coating additives, are used to impart lubricity and plasticity to wet pigment coatings and to create smoothness and gloss development during super calendaring. As a part of their function, they may alter the rheological properties of the coating mixture to match the coating process requirement. It is well known for its effectiveness in both starch and casein coatings. It ensures a smoother coating and in some cases, aids in foaming control in the coating. Also, it reduces dusting on super calendar and improves finishing properties of coated paper. Printing qualities are improved and the coated layer has fewer tendencies to crack or peel when paper is folded.

Raw material for paint and varnish. NEWBIND 20 is finely dispersed and of medium viscosity binder. It is readily compatible with the pigments and extenders used in standard practice and allows high pigment/binder ration. Film obtained from it are tough, flexible and tack-free at temperatures of about 20ºC. They are very resistant to water and hydrolysis and display good stability to light and outdoor performance.Even if they have been immersed for long periods in water, they have hardly any tendency to blushing.
NEWBOND 101-NEWBOND 101 is a unique nonforming acrylic binder readily soluble in water and it is used to improve the green strength and Dry MOR of tiles. NewBond 101 imparts excellent green strength flexibility to Vitrified tiles and also imparts excellent stability to the slurries.
